1. The Agreement

By accessing services provided by Arcana Shield, you're entering a binding legal agreement. This isn't just standard boiler-plate. These are the rules of engagement for our enterprise antivirus solutions and advanced malware analysis.

2. Service Provision

We provide threat detection and prevention with a standard for excellence. However, cybersecurity is a shifting landscape. While we strive for 100% efficacy, we don't guarantee that our security consulting or data encryption will prevent every conceivable breach.

3. Liability & Indemnification

How do we handle the unexpected? In the event of a system failure, Arcana Shield's liability is strictly limited to the fees paid during the preceding six-month period. We don't accept liability for lost profits or data corruption outside our direct control environment.

• Proprietary tools remain the sole intellectual property of Arcana Shield.
• Clients may not reverse-engineer malware analysis reports.
• Confidentiality is maintained through 256-bit data encryption.

4. Termination

Either party may terminate the relationship with a 30-day notice. Why 30 days? Because proper transition of security protocols takes time. We won't leave your network exposed during the handover.
